RETURNS & REPAIRS

RETURNING A PRODUCT

Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided items are returned to MFG (2018) Limited within:

14 days of receipt for full-priced goods, or

7 days of receipt for sale/promotion items

All returns must be in perfect condition, and within their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. In these situations, the items will be returned at your own cost.

Please note that we are unable to consider any return or refund if the original sealed tag has been broken or damaged.

EXCHANGES

If you are exchanging a product and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via your original payment method.

If exchanging the goods and the value of the new item is greater than the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.

Upon exchanging a product, you will be eligible to pay a new postage and packaging charges. Please also retain your original invoice as this may be asked for as proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

If returning goods for a refund, please follow the above protocol. Any funds being returned to you shall can only be actioned via original payment method.

Refunds normally show within 72 hours of being processed, however please be aware that some card issuers may take longer to reallocate funds, up to 90 days, which is beyond the control of MFG (2018) Limited.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

To change an order please contact our customer services team with you your order number. Please note, that as we generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, you may not be able to change your order, but instead please follow the "returns" process.

CANCELLATION WITHIN SEVEN DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Under the Distant Selling Regulations, customers within EU have the right to cancel the contract for purchase with MFG (2018) Limited at any time within the seven working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods (the "seven day cooling off period")

To cancel your contract within the seven day cooling off period, please notify us in writing by email or post before the expiry of the cooling off period. Please package the relevant goods securely and send them to us within 21 days following the date the items were delivered to you. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

Please note that you will responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered the items to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange of collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

REPAIRS

All MFG (2018) Limited goods carry a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. If within this period you detect a fault with your goods, they will be repaired at no extra cost (proof of purchase may be required).

Please note that MFG (2018) Limited does not give authority to purchaser to decide what constitutes returned goods that are faulty or incorrect in any way, or does not confirm to the original order. Acceptance of returned goods by MFG (2018) Limited does not guarantees that the goods are acceptable returns.

To arrange a repair you can send your item directly to our repairs centre. If you are sending your repair directly, please include a note detailing the repair you would like carried out, your contact details (including name, address, telephone number and email address), and where possible, a copy of proof of purchase is also helpful.

We recommend you use a traceable method to send your goods, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, and make sure the package is wrapped securely.

We do not at present acknowledge receipt of parcels but would normally assess and liaise within a time period of 2-4 weeks.
